About Alexa
I am a mom of 2 young kids who absolutely believes that all kids deserve the right to the best education possible. But I also know that many kids learn differently. And that’s where I come in! I am able to quickly assess where your child is and design a very individualized plan to meet their needs. Because of my background in special education, I am accustomed to creating new ways of teaching content that make kids excited and ready to learn more. They’ll look forward to our sessions together!

Reading is fun! I want every child to leave a session excited to learn and ready to read even more. We have fun through singing songs, active activities that will include some sort of hands on learning, and something to focus on in between sessions. You will want to join our sessions too! I want to be sure you are an active member of your child’s reading journey so we will do an in depth overview of what happens during my sessions with your child. I’ll give you updates after each session and cater to any additional supports your child needs. I love learning exactly where a child is on their journey and being able to meet and support them where they are.
