About Ariana
I am a student-focused teacher who has an incredibly deep passion for the sciences, and who wants to allow others to explore that passion! Having lots of experience in scientific communications, I love to break down harder ideas into easier-to-manage pieces of information that can help connect all levels of scientific minds together.
I have experience teaching middle school, high school, and college level students, as well as many students across the wide range of levels of need. I understand that confusing topics can create a large gap between a student and the content, and that no one who wants to learn should be kept from it.

When it comes to the sciences, there is consistently a gap in understanding due to a lack of focus in scientific communication. Being able to break down a complex concept in a way that someone who has had no previous exposure to before can understand is an undervalued skill, but incredibly necessary.
While my main goal is to bridge that gap and make it easier for students to understand topic after topic being thrown at them, my other goal is to continue to fire up students to be passionate about the sciences. Excitement is the most powerful tool when it comes to learning, and it will always be at the top of my list of things to accomplish when working with a student!
