# About Me I am Sylika J. Camacho-Irshad, an experienced educator with a passion for transforming education. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Education, I have dedicated my career to creating innovative and engaging learning environments. Over the past six years, I have taught middle school math, developed lesson plans for the state of Florida, and served as a principal in private schools. As an Educational Consultant, I have assisted both new and established schools in restructuring their programs to better meet students' needs. My unique approach to teaching, influenced by my background in finance and liberal arts education, emphasizes hands-on learning and real-world problem solving. I am committed to making education accessible for all, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and helping students identify and hone their talents.
