With a background in engineering and real-world technical experience, I’ve seen how math shows up in unexpected and practical ways — and I bring that insight into every lesson. I teach math in a way that makes it feel approachable, logical, and even enjoyable. My goal is not just to help students get the right answers but to help them understand the why behind each concept.
My teaching approach is rooted in breaking down problems into simple, intuitive steps. I adapt my pace and method to each student’s learning style—whether they need visual examples, real-world analogies, or just a bit of encouragement to build confidence.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous topics to reinforce retention. Then we move into new concepts using examples, guided practice, and problem-solving strategies. I also make room for questions and encourage open thinking rather than memorization.
What sets me apart is my professional background in engineering and technical systems. I show students how math is used in real life—from calculating dimensions in design to optimizing decisions in business. This connection often sparks curiosity and helps them see the subject with a new perspective.
