As an educator, my approach to working with kids involves actively listening to them and allowing them to explain the subject matter to me. I believe that this approach not only helps me understand the areas where the students need help, but it also empowers them to take an active role in their own learning process. If the initial approach doesn't work, I move on to using exercises to help identify the root of the problem. Through this method, I am able to pinpoint the areas where the students are struggling and provide targeted support to help them improve. I am patient and persistent in my approach and always strive to create a safe and nurturing learning environment that encourages kids to ask questions, explore, and develop their critical thinking skills. By working closely with the kids and focusing on their individual needs, I am able to help them develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter and achieve their full potential. My ultimate goal is to instill in them a love of learning that will stay with them long after they leave my classroom.

Perfect! Dave was punctual and approachable. My son was having a hard time understanding certain concepts in (9th grade) math, I could tell he was discouraged. After a session with Dave he was enthusiastic and eager to practise what he learned. Highly recommend!
