About Naveena

I am a dynamic, creative, and hardworking individual who is driven and passionate about teaching. I have 25 years of experience working in a variety of primary schools in South Africa, UK and the UAE. This experience has engrained in me the ability to remain positive and enthusiastic, set high expectations, have an awareness of how different children learn and plan effectively to support individuals while helping develop their full potential. I have a commitment to impart knowledge to all groups of students; communicate effectively with children from diverse backgrounds; and motivate and encourage children to strive for excellence - to be the best they can be. I give children a platform to flourish, be curious, make informed decisions and educated choices, and refine their social skills at this very crucial stage of their development. I have a desire to positively contribute towards the development of the highest standards of academic success for every student. The moral, ethical, and holistic development of children will always remain my priority as this will enable them to grow into well rounded individuals and become productive members of society.

About the lesson

I provide high quality online lessons to primary school children to help boost/support the development of key skills and knowledge in English, reading and maths. Children ranging in ages from 8 to 11 will benefit from my skills and expertise as a primary school teacher with vast experience. Lessons will be personalised and custom planned to suit the needs of individual children and in line with national curriculum expectations. I am a qualified primary school teacher with 25 years experience teaching in the UK, South Africa and the UAE.
