I originally hired Michele to work with my daughter in preparation of the PSAT. My daughter and I found her to be incredibly helpful, so they continued working together through not only her sophomore but her junior year in high school. Michele makes the content relatable and helped my daughter enjoy writing. She also taught my daughter tips to help with reading comprehension and organization which benefitted her in other classes as well. When our youngest gets to high school, we already know we want him to work with Michele too.

My son Reed worked with Ms. Michele in 8th and 9th grade. He struggled with writing essays, how to brainstorm, and structure them. Ms. Michele was patient and always gave Reed strong examples and support. She taught him how to break down prompts and taught him how to organize his thoughts. By the end of 9th grade Reed was getting A's on his papers, and the two of them focused on editing since he was able to write his papers on his own. This year he is a sophomore in advanced English.
