About Emma

I have a Masters in English Literature and have been a tutor for 10 years. I am knowledgeable in most school exam systems. I cover WJEC and AQA as well as entrance exams such as those run by Perse and Eton.

About the lesson

I adapt my teaching method to the student and work at the speed with which they are comfortable. I pinpoint where additional practice is needed and revise techniques. Story writing is of particular interest to me, I help by creating a structure for this part of the exam.

Emma has been a fantastic tutor to 2 of our 4 boys. They both needed some structured focus in prep for their GCSE exams. Emma achieved fantastic results and both passed with flying colours. The boys enjoyed their learning time and we would all highly recommend Emma’s tutoring lessons, either in person or online.
