About Stormy
Hello, I’m Stormy Youatt, a dedicated and passionate educator with over a decade of experience supporting nursery through KS4 students. I specialise in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and take pride in helping every learner reach their full potential. I love to teach and help those who need that little extra support to succeed. My approach is patient, understanding, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, creating a positive, encouraging space where learning feels achievable and enjoyable. With a strong background in behaviour support, reading interventions, and inclusive learning, I aim to make every lesson meaningful, engaging, and confidence-building.

Every session is fully geared towards the individual student — their goals, learning style, and unique needs. I adapt my teaching methods and materials to suit each learner, ensuring every lesson feels engaging and achievable. For my primary students, I design fun, creative lessons based on their interests. This helps them build confidence and enjoy learning while developing key skills in literacy and numeracy. For my older students working towards Functional Skills, I take a more structured approach, using past papers, practical examples, and interest-based activities to make learning relevant and meaningful. I aim to create a supportive, positive environment where students can progress at their own pace and feel proud of their achievements.
