About Sarah

Hello! I’m Sarah, a certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) educator with global experience, having lived in over six countries working alongside professional UK native and non-native speakers. I'm multilingual in 5 languages. My passion lies in helping adults and young adults from non-English-speaking backgrounds build confidence and fluency in English — not just for communication, but for connection, growth, and new opportunities. Through engaging, real-life lessons and cultural insight, I aim to make learning English both enjoyable and empowering. Whether you’re preparing for studies, work, or travel, I’m here to support your journey toward confident, natural English communication.

Sarah's response
The student/child has improved in his abilities to put sentences in better grammatical format and accurate sentences as it will help with his essay writing in the long-terms. Great focus and his comprehension skills are better in comparison to 1st lesson. Keep up the good work JH!

Perfect! I highly recommend Teacher Sarah.
She has lived in Europe, including the UK, so she has a lot of international experience, and her pronunciation is excellent.
Most importantly, since she is a parent herself, she has a great understanding of children and you can truly see how much she cares for them.
She was a very warm and kind teacher to the kids.

If you are near Legoland in Johor Bahru, offline lessons are also possible.
She has never been late for class, always arrives early, and is a very dedicated and responsible teacher.

Sarah's response
Students were EAL (English as Additional language) from Korea with some basic grasps of English and we focused on verbal communications during the 2 weeks they were in Malaysia. Amazing to see how confident they eventually became at the end of week 2 being able to share about their adventures in English!

I have known Sarah for several years, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional English teacher with a warm, encouraging, and highly professional approach. Her ability to break down grammar, vocabulary, and writing concepts into clear, easy-to-understand steps makes her lessons both effective and enjoyable.

Sarah’s teaching style is patient, structured, and very student-focused. She adapts her methods to each learner’s level—whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced—and always ensures her students feel supported and motivated. Her classes are interactive and confidence-building, helping students improve not only their English skills but also their ability to express themselves clearly.

I highly recommend Sarah to the Superprof community. She is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping her students succeed. Anyone looking to strengthen their English—speaking, writing, grammar, or exam preparation—will be in excellent hands with her.
