About Erika

I am a college student studying to become a teacher. I inspire to help children achieve their goals. I enjoy getting to know how each individual learns and tailoring a study plan to help them further their acedemic careers without becoming to overwhelmed. COVID has impacted everyone, students especially. Teachers and parents are at a lost on how to help their children overcome the new obstucales brought along through this pandemic. I will strive to help alliviate some of these obstucles so that your student can continue to meet their goals. I have taught every age group for over 5 years and will continue my education and would like to help do the same for your child.

I grew passionate for teaching when I had a summer job as a swim coach. I watched as children would start learning something new and their excitement when the task was accomplished. It demonstrated to me that I could help children find that excitement with school and their education.

I have worked in mutiple jobs that entail teaching. I am also in college getting a degree in education.

About the lesson

I will speak with both the parents and student to understand what they each are looking for. I will make sure students understand that I am there to assist them and they can ask for help in whatever they are struggling with.
