About ROLAND

my business is all about value chain on cultivated crops and meat. i use simple processing and preservative methods to transform farm produce to forms with higher shelf-life, improved nutritive values, good taste, flavor and quality. we produce coconut-oil, plantain and yam flour, prosessed pepper, tomato, meat, plantain flour, vegetable, fruits amongst others. this initiate tries to present the transformed products to the consumer's taste and form. I have a masters degree in crop production and food processing which has given me a good mastry of the process and the capacity for expansion. my major limitation has been the acquisition of machinaries for huge transformation

About the lesson

with new students, i try to first of all familiarise myself with the studen, i nintroduce the subject matter, the student expresses his/her opinion on the subject, we then entertain an interactive conversation on the subject then a question cession and conclusions. then a few assingnments and class adjointment. we then book another appointment.
