About Natalie

Soft spoken, talk through problems and hard-to-understand supjects with analogies and easy ways to remember those topics.

I've taught students all through middle and high school on a long list of subjects and topics. Even when I was in high school myself I often found myself leading tutor groups on difficult subjects.

I love seeing a student have that "aha!" moment, where they can feel confident in their future education by building a strong foundation in their learning. I am very patient and will work with a student for as long as it takes to hear they understand the subject.

I got started teaching while I was on own learning journey. While in high school I realized how many kids struggle and never get to enjoy learning. I began hosting tutoring sessions just to help create a good environment where one can relax and focus on learning.

I taught children in middle and highschool on countless subjects. I have always been passionate about helping others understand subject so that learning isn't a chore, it's fun.

About the lesson

I like to get to know how my students like to learn (prefered methods, media, etc.) After I know how the student prefers to learn I try to find their biggest challenges and work through them in order to create a stronger foundations for the rest of their learning.

I've worked with middle school and high school age kids through 18 years old.
