About Kathleen

With a graduate degree in Education and Special Education, I bring a wealth of expertise to students of all ages—from primary school to adults. I believe every learner is unique, which is why I offer a creative, personalized approach that goes beyond standard curriculum. I don't just identify target skills; I build a customized learning plan designed specifically for your success.

I am the oldest child. Probably that is why.

When you're the oldest, you're the boss.

Seriously, I have been doing this my whole life. I love to "show others" what to do and I enjoy being a leader.

I have a Masters Degree in Education, including Special Education. This gives me the ability to diagnose learning problems, and also correct them.

My certifications enable me to teach with all ages, and Spanish as well as English.

About the lesson

I get to know my students before I expect to be an effective instructor This is so that their unique learning style can be utilized.

Personality matters. People do not all learn the same way.

Great ones. All of them. Amazing.

If you hire them, get a copy of their liscence. Look them on on the Maryland Judicial Case search. I have been fooled once too many times by people who were not who they claim to be.

Today I went swimming. That was so relaxing and the water was so warm. It was cold outside, which made it even better to be in a large pool, indoors, and have the whole pool to myself!
