About Jose

As a tutor, my goal is to help each student use what they know to get to the next level in writing and reading comprehension.

I am a certified secondary English teacher and I am a certified K-12 reading specialist. My specialty is in writing instruction (expository, argumentative, college essays).

In addition, I work as an adjunct at Montclair State University in the Writing Department, where I teach introductory courses in writing.

Bachelor's degree in English.

Master's Degree in reading.
