About Zach

As a golf instructor the most satisfying part of the job is watching stdents progression in the game. At South Broadway Country Club we utilize Trackman simulator technology to help students improve.

I have been in the golf industry since 2014 where I worked as a caddie at Colorado Golf Club in Parker Colorado. After graduating from college I began working at South Broadway Country Club as an instructor in 2021.

During my playing career I played at Regis Jesuit High School from 2006-2010. As a high school player I took lessons under Mike McGetrick a well known top 100 instructor.

I qualified for the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball in 2016 at Winged Foot. I also competed locally before becoming a full time instructor.

I always had a pension for wanting to help people get better. I knew I wanted to teach even when I was competing on a regular basis.

I studied Sports Management at Metropolitan State University.

My typical process for working with new students is to put them through a trackman combine which analyzes a players game from 60 yards all the way up through Driver. After gaining a better understanding of an individual's game I spend the last thirty minutes working on there swing.

I have worked primarily with adults, but have also tought juniors over the past year.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How much time do I as a player have to committ to the game?

What do I want out of these lessons?

What is the highest level of golf that you want to play? (amateur golf, club golf, or leisure golf)
