About Karmilah

Hi there my name is Karmi and I am 21 years old. I have my associates degree in psychology but has been doing math and english for 6 years, so I can help in both those categories. I currently work as a nanny for a kid in middle school and always helping with homework. I love wokring with kids and helping them grow and showing them they can do it even if it gets hard. I have also volunteered in preschools teaching and helping kids. I love being a nanny and babysitter, because I am constantly teaching.

The work that I do brings so much joy to my life, beacuse I am able to do what I love by helping kids learn and expand their imagination. It is so rewarding to see them succeed and how happy that makes them feeling. Giving them the sense of accomplishment and pride they should have in theirselves.

I have done college level math and English classes. I also work already with kids as a nanny and babysitter, so understanding kids and having patience comes easy to me.

When I work with a new student first I like to organize and figure out what needs to be done first. Then I observe and see how the student works and how they work best whether it is listening or visual. Then when I notice a constant struggle on a specific area I like to take some time and focus on that spot that is difficult for them/
