I dont normally write reviews, but in this case I thought it would help people decide on a great piano teacher. I have a daughter that is slow to pick up new things and she had lessons with another teacher for several months. The other teacher did not teach good technique and seemed to treat her differently like she couldnt learn. The last straw was when I realized my daughter couldnt even read notes.
I switched teachers to Rachel and she was amazing even though it took a few weeks to correct the bad habits the other teacher taught her. My daughter is more confident now and actualy wants to go to every lesson. She's making progress and will have her first recital this year. Thanks Rachel for taking the time ( and patience) with our daughter!
