I used her as a tutor for my high school courses. Particularly in English and Social Studies. She also played a huge part in helping me with my Senior thesis paper. I am a fairly good writer, but this particular assignment obviously required more than just content. It needed to be proof read and edited, as well as correctly formatted, which she helped me with.
I feel like she was willing to give necessary constructive criticism, as well as encouraging feedback. She was very honest and pleasant to be around.

In the past, I've had a hard time relating to my teachers and tutors. I feel like Mrs. K understood me and treated me as a person, rather than just another student.
