About Riona

I am an undergraduate pharmacy student. I want to become a tutor because I want to help children become more confident in their learning and be motivated to learn new things. I am a friendly person who has had experience working with children through summer camp roles and enjoy spending time with children.

About the lesson

I teach:
- primary school (maths, comprehension, grammar and spelling)
- GCSE AQA science (biology, chemistry, physics), combined science, Edexcel maths and OCR computer science
- A-Level OCR chemistry and Edexcel Maths

During my lessons, I will try and tailor my lessons to fit my students' preferences; for example, if they learn better through images, I will try to illustrate concepts through images. I feel that this will make my lessons more engaging. In addition, I will always try to test exam skills and practise exam questions during my lessons. :)
