About Suprita
I am a Nutritionist & Dietitian, a certified Diabetic Educator, having 10 years of experience in hospitals and other health sector. I am a mother of a 1-year-old baby. My expertise is in Maternal and child health, diabetes management, weight loss, Thyroid issue, PCOS and associated complications. I want to educate people about health and metabolic disorder, importance of food in our health, balanced diet and other associated subjects.

I want to teach healthy and easy cooking skills and how to eat a balanced diet to people who do not know basic cooking and dependent on outside foods for all the meals. This is high time to learn healthy food habits and cooking so that we can avoid diabetes, heart disease, obesity, pcos later.
