About Polly

I started out loving fitness and sport playing almost every sport until I was old enough to go to the gym by myself and that is where my love for fitness and exercise developed when I first felt the adrenaline pump through me

About the lesson

My lessons are set specifically for your fitness goals with exercises for beginners and for experienced gym goers. I believe 30 to 60 minutes a lesson is enough to channel necessary muscles to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
