About Amanda

I earned my bachelor's at Penn State with a dual degree in mathematics and middle level education. This means I’m well versed in geometry, algebra, trig, calculus, and more!

I have been teaching publicly for four years so far & currently tutoring on the side. I’m looking to expand my services! I love learning math & I love helping students achieve that “ah-ha” moment. I strive to make you like and understand math.

About the lesson

Lessons are offered online via Zoom or if you are local, we can meet at a public library or cafe!

I have plenty of experience tutoring and teaching, including four years at a public school and many recommendations from parents stating I helped their child score advanced on tests and/or helped them achieve an A+!

Lessons are private and range from 1-3 hours at a time.

I include a flexible schedule for last minute needs, including cramming for an exam (which you shouldn’t do!! But I am here to help)
