About Helen

Hello! My name is Helen Bobby, and I am a Bachelor of Commerce student at Christ University with a strong passion for teaching and helping students reach their academic potential.

Throughout my academic journey, I have developed excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills, which I bring into every lesson. I believe that learning English should be engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student's individual needs. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to build their confidence in reading, writing, grammar, and spoken English.

In addition to my academic background, I have professional experience working in finance and auditing roles, where strong English communication and report-writing skills are essential. This experience has strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly, stay organized, and work patiently with learners from different backgrounds.

I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they learn. Every student learns differently, and I adapt my teaching style to ensure lessons are effective, enjoyable, and focused on achieving measurable progress.

About the lesson

I take a student-centered approach to teaching, tailoring each lesson to the learner's goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. My teaching methodology focuses on creating an engaging and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their English skills.

I use a combination of interactive discussions, reading exercises, grammar practice, vocabulary-building activities, and writing tasks to help students develop a strong foundation in English. Lessons are designed to be practical and engaging, with real-life examples and personalized feedback to encourage steady progress.

A typical lesson lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the student's needs and attention span. Each session includes a review of previous material, introduction of new concepts, guided practice, and independent exercises to reinforce learning.

As a Bachelor of Commerce student at Christ University and a professional with experience in communication, report writing, and academic work, I have developed strong English language and teaching skills. I have experience helping students improve their grammar, reading comprehension, writing abilities, and spoken English.

My lessons are suitable for primary school, middle school, and secondary school students, as well as beginners looking to improve their English proficiency.
