About Zandile

Hello! I'm Zandile, a patient, approachable, and enthusiastic English tutor who genuinely enjoys helping people learn, grow, and become more confident in themselves.

My interest in teaching comes from my experience as a Teachers' Assistant, where I discovered how rewarding it is to help learners understand something that initially seemed difficult. I believe learning should be encouraging rather than intimidating, and I bring that mindset into every lesson.

I'm naturally a communicative person and I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. I'm fluent in English and can also communicate in IsiZulu, Afrikaans, and Setswana, allowing me to connect with learners from different backgrounds.

Whether you are learning English from the beginning, improving your grammar, preparing for school, or simply want to speak more confidently, I'm here to help you progress at your pace. My goal is not only to teach English, but to help you feel comfortable using it in real life.

About the lesson

My English lessons are friendly, patient, and personalised to each student's needs and learning pace. I focus on building strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, pronunciation, and everyday communication. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and practising without fear of making mistakes.

I am proficient in English and can also communicate in Afrikaans, IsiZulu, and Setswana, which can be helpful when supporting learners from different backgrounds.

Each lesson is adapted to the student's level and goals. A typical lesson may include conversation practice, vocabulary building, grammar exercises, reading activities and practical speaking tasks. I use simple explanations and engaging examples to make difficult concepts easier to understand.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, school learners and anyone looking to improve their English communication skills. Whether you need help with schoolwork, grammar, speaking, reading, or simply becoming more confident in English, I will work with you patiently and at your own pace.

I was reccomnded by my cousin to send my child to Zandile when she was struggling with English. This is when Zandile used to offer tutoring to students struggling with English a year ago before she took a break.

Zandile is an eloquent tutor. The way she transfers the messaging and provide tutoring has assisted my daughter in her English vocabulary development and understanding of concepts.

I have had an experience would highly recommend her for some who's struggling with English (both as a beginner or mid understanding). You are guaranteed tutoring that will positively improve your English speaking, reading and understanding. I like that she is patient and is willing to repeat concepts until one understands.
