About Cristine

Hi! I’m Cristine Miasco, and I’ll be happy to help you learn Tagalog! I’m turning 18 next year, and I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others feel more confident when using Filipino.

As your tutor, I will be patient, respectful, and supportive throughout our lessons. I understand that learning a new language can feel challenging at first, so I’ll make sure to explain things clearly and create a comfortable environment where you can ask questions and practice without feeling nervous.

My goal is not only to teach you Tagalog, but also to help you enjoy the learning process and become more confident in communicating. I look forward to learning and improving with you!

About the lesson

My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and easy to understand. I believe that learning Tagalog should be comfortable and enjoyable, especially for beginners. I explain lessons step by step and encourage students to practice speaking, reading, writing, and understanding Filipino in everyday situations.

**Lesson goal:** By the end of each lesson, students should be able to use what they learned confidently in a practical Tagalog conversation or everyday situation.

A typical lesson starts with a short review of the previous topic, followed by a new lesson such as vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, or common Filipino expressions. We then practice through conversations, examples, and short exercises. At the end, I review the important points and give the student an opportunity to apply what they learned.

What sets me apart is my patience and willingness to adjust my teaching style according to each student's needs. I can make lessons simpler for beginners and focus more on conversation for students who already know basic Tagalog.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, students, foreign learners, and anyone who wants to improve their Tagalog speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, and everyday communication skills.
