About Nina

**PRICING FLEXIBLE** - if you are low-waged/unwaged we can find a price that works for both sides. **GROUP SESSIONS OFFERED** - if one-on-one tuition still feels too expensive and you know other parents looking for a tutor, I can run group sessions at a lower rate per student. I'm a kind and hardworking full-time tutor with extensive SEN experience. I tutor KS2 to A-level and teach languages online and in-person in London from ages 4 to 40. I am currently teaching English Language, English Literature, Maths, History and Spanish GCSE in 1-on-1 homeschool/school replacement settings (where school is no longer an option for those children). I also teach medium groups in schools as a supplementary part of their education. I am DBS checked, fully vetted and qualified to work in school settings, and illness and disability aware.

About the lesson

I begin with a basic assessment of the student's level so I can tailor each lesson to their specific level and goals. I am experienced in working with neurodiverse students and always adapt my teaching to each student's learning style. I work with a variety of resources and explain grammar in a fun, accessible way. I help turn abstract concepts into useful building blocks, encouraging students to apply what they've learnt each lesson. I begin each lesson with a recap of the previous lesson. I am always happy to provide support for schoolwork, as well as exam preparation.
