About David
At my heaviest weight (220) I used to be in a rut, binging on fast food and junk snacks all day to make myself feel better temporarily. Now I enjoy eating vegetables and I see fruits as candy now because of how sweet they are to me. My baseline for quality of life is at an all-time high because of habits I implemented at my lowest points. I will teach you that getting a well-defined jawline is 100% possible through daily stretches and lifestyle changes. One key takeaway I want you to know even if you aren’t interested in my course is mind over matter.

With enough consistency and a willing desire to change your face and body, it is possible. I will be teaching you about the right mindset to get into and avoiding the bumps in the road.
I will show you the daily routine that got me from 220lbs to 145lbs with 12% body fat.
Along side with fitness, I will teach you the importance of eating a well balanced diet and whatever your situation is, there is always a healthier alternative and I will teach you how.
