About Pratheeba T
I am PRATHEEBA, an English teacher. I have completed my M.A. and B.Ed. and bring with me 20 years of teaching experience. I believe that learning English should be enjoyable and meaningful. My teaching focuses on developing communication skills along with reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I follow activity-based and child-friendly methods to help students learn English with confidence. I encourage students to express their thoughts freely and support them in becoming fluent and confident users of English.

1. Communication-First Approach Unlike traditional methods that focus mainly on reading and writing, my teaching gives priority to speaking and listening. Children are encouraged to express ideas freely without fear of mistakes. 2. Activity-Based Learning I use role plays, storytelling, group discussions, picture descriptions, and real-life situations. This helps students learn English naturally instead of memorizing answers. 3. Child-Friendly & Confidence-Building Many students know English but hesitate to speak. I create a safe, supportive classroom where every child feels confident to speak and participate. 4. Gradual Skill Development I follow a step-by-step method—from simple words to sentences, and from sentences to fluent communication—according to each child’s level. 5. Practical Grammar Teaching Grammar is taught through usage and examples, not rote rules. Students learn how to use English in daily life. 6. Experience-Driven Method With 20 years of teaching experience, I understand different learning speeds and adapt my methods to suit every child.
