About Miriam

It is my utmost priority to maintain the highest level of professionalism in my practice. Whether it be preparing the curriculum, delivering lessons, or providing feedback. I believe in being punctual, organized and treating students with respect, kindness and fairness regardless of their background or skill level.

Additionally, I make myself available to my students during office hours and as far as is possible respond to queries or concerns promptly. I believe in fostering an environment of mutual respect where we can have meaningful discussions about your academic growth.

I believe in continuous learning and strive to enhance my knowledge and expertise in my field. I keep up to date with the latest research and utilize modern teaching methods to provide the most relevant and impactful education possible.

With years of experience in teaching and a genuine passion for helping students develop their English Language and Reading skills, I am the perfect teacher to guide you through your journey. I am confident in my ability to create a supportive, engaging and effective learning environment. I strive to make learning fun and will bring a wide range of teaching techniques, creative activities and authentic materials to the classroom to keep you actively engaged. From captivating stories and thought-provoking discussions to multi-media resources, your learning will be both dynamic and enjoyable.

My goal is to help you improve your language proficiency as well as to foster a love for literature. Reading is the key to expanding your knowledge and enhance your critical thinking skills as well as broaden your perspectives. Together we can embark on a captivating journey as we explore diverse genres, authors, and themes, and develop a lifelong passion for reading.

I cater to all learning styles and adapt my teaching approach to ensure that you grasp the concepts effectively. Beyond teaching the fundamentals of English and Reading, I strive to impart valuable life skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication and empathy. These skills will empower you to navigate through any situation,whether academic or personal, with confidence and success.
