About Lemon

Teaching isn't just a job for me—it's my absolute passion. As a licensed professional teacher and an RTU graduate, I have spent the last three years helping students overcome their learning hurdles and find joy in studying. I firmly believe that when life gives you a lemon, you make lemonade; every academic challenge is just a hidden opportunity to learn and grow stronger. My background in specialized education has taught me that no two minds learn the exact same way. I pride myself on being incredibly patient, adaptable, and genuinely invested in each student's personal milestones, ensuring they always feel capable and supported in my care.

Hey there! I’m a licensed teacher who loves making learning stress-free and rewarding. I specialize in teaching Math to kids in grades 5 through 10, helping young ones (ages 3–8) master reading and writing, and supporting special needs (SNED) learners. My lessons are all about patience, encouragement, and meeting you exactly where you're at. I don't believe in boring memorization. Instead, we’ll use fun visuals, practical examples, and interactive games to make tough concepts click. In a typical 1-hour session, we start with a friendly check-in or quick brain warmup, dive into the day's main topic together, and practice at your own pace. I always make sure to customize my teaching style to match how your brain works best, building both your skills and your confidence along the way!
