I teach courses up to bac + 2 or Swiss equivalent. After making contact with the student, I take the time to know his needs and then we set up a method correlated to the desired pace and strengths / gaps. Assessments are made monthly to validate knowledge or prepare for exams. For the video, I use Word then I send the document to the student directly after the lesson followed by a message to the parents if necessary. The challenge is to establish a relationship of trust and sponsorship with the student so that he / she becomes comfortable and can perform. Finally, it will be necessary to review the evaluations in order to target the gaps and be able to work on them to eliminate them; competition / exam annals will have their place in my method depending on the level of the student and his expectations.
