Individual or group classes, by appointment and a pre-established location! I take all (or almost all, lol) the material! They are personalized classes, according to the student's goal! Conditioning, muscle mass gain, weight loss, endurance gain! YOU CAN CHOOSE, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO DRILLS !!!

About the lesson

I started as an Artistic Gymnastics athlete and never stopped! I graduated in Physical Education in 2002 (Bachelor and Licenciatura), I taught at several gyms in Campinas, until I set up my own gym in 2005! I love what I do! Bodybuilding, Spinning, Gymnastics and others are on my resume!
