About Carlo
Hi everyone, My name is Carlo, and I am NOT passionate about sports, or training. On the contrary, sport and training are my job. For this reason I am very professional, and with professionalism I carry on everything related to the world of personal training. I studied sports science, earning a bachelor's degree, and then went on to do a master's degree abroad in England on athletic training. Subsequently I completed my studies finishing the last two years of specialization. I specialize in athletic training, crossfit and functional training.

My methodology is a scientific methodology. I really like programming when it comes to training, and even if I'm not an elite athlete, I like to plan training to ensure variability and progressive and constant improvement.
