About the lesson

I have been teaching English in secondary schools in Somerset for the past decade. I have taught across the age and ability range and have vast experience of tailoring my teaching to the needs of the individual. I have been a Second in Department and a Key Stage 4 Co-ordinator, responsible for the implementation of GCSE English. Furthermore, I have taught both AQA English and English Literature, as well as Cambridge IGCSE English.

I am truly passionate about my subject and believe that English can be fun, accessible and fascinating for all.

My own qualifications include a PGCE Secondary English, BA (Hons) Literature 2:1, A levels in English Language, English Literature, Film Studies and History.
