About Katerina

Hello! My name is Katerina, and I am currently completing my Graduate Diploma in Architectural Science at the University of Sydney. I have a strong command of English, having used it throughout my education, professional career, and everyday life, and I achieved an IELTS Academic score of 7.5.
I have volunteer experience teaching English and enjoy helping students build confidence in their communication skills. My background in architecture, administration, and customer service has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, explain ideas effectively, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
I am a patient, friendly, and supportive tutor who believes that learning should be both enjoyable and practical. Whether you're looking to improve your conversational English, pronunciation, vocabulary, or confidence in speaking, I aim to create a comfortable environment where you can learn at your own pace without fear of making mistakes.
Outside of tutoring, I am an artist and architectural designer who enjoys creativity, travel, and meeting people from different cultures. I look forward to helping you achieve your English language goals and become a more confident communicator.

I focus on conversational English, speaking practice, vocabulary building, pronunciation, and practical English for everyday life, travel, work, and study. My lessons are typically an hour long and are tailored to your goals and interests, and I enjoy using discussions, real-life situations, and interactive activities to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
My lessons are ideal for beginner to intermediate learners, teenagers, university students, and adults looking to improve their spoken and written English in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Together, we'll work towards your goals while making learning enjoyable and rewarding.
