About Smitha

I am a good trainer and understand the problem of the student. I don't teach what I know and do not follow the same pattern of teaching for every student. Each student has a different style of learning. I first understand that style and then teach as per their style. If one way of teaching didn't help, I will try another pattern or style to make the student learn.

About the lesson

I first give students the freedom to make mistakes, only to make them comfortable, and it's okay to make mistakes. This allows me to understand their true potential. After that, I work with them in correcting or avoiding those mistakes. I have experience in teaching primary class students.
