About Jay
I didn't always love training, in fact I hated it. I started off in karate where I was in the national team and a brown belt at 6-8 competing at world championships. But then I gave that all up to pursue my passion of football. But as I grew older I was improving but my physique and strength were not growing with it. That's when I discovered the gym and NO I didn't enjoy it. But I pursued and after years of training that same teenager who was once insecure and lacked confidence has now helped 100's improve their physique and redefine themselves. If you're in that same position. You know what to do.
