About Andrea
The education system in many countries is well overdue for a revamp all across the globe, mainly due to the rise in large language AI Models, which many times are misused by students during their studies, also due to the fact that certain assessment methods in today's world aren't being updated for the society of today.
As a student myself I fully understand the frustration that young adults like myself go through on a daily basis while doing their utmost to stay on top of their grades and studies. I have been blessed and lucky enough to have had help when I most needed from family members as well as teachers that gave me the skill set that I have today to help me manage my time and study well and efficiently
Hence when deciding to become a tutor, I decided to make sure that the academic needs of each of my students are met, while passing down skills, tips and tricks that were taught to me from people throughout my academic journey so far. I am very passionate about what I do as I believe that education is vital for people to be able to grow in this ever-changing global societal landscape!

Many students tend to find Mathematics and Physics intimidating to study because they aren't taught the right tricks and techniques to master these two subjects! I am here to improve your relationship with these two disciplines and maybe encourage more people to pursue a career/degree in related fields!
I usually recommend for students to take two-hour classes, so that there is ample time for a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the subject and time to work out and practice the subject matter. I usually spend half the lesson explaining new concepts and the rest working out questions.
At the moment I tutor MATSEC Secondary Education Certificate (O level) for Maltese Students or up to GCSE/IGCSE Level (UK Standard) and also Grade 10 High School Level (USA Standard). For students wanting to sit for lessons on a weekly basis, I'd need the details on what year they are studying in and as well as any difficulties they encounter when studying the subject, while for students who are looking to have a one-time lesson just to brush up or get clarity on certain topics/difficulties they may have, do please send me details on what you would like the lesson to be about :)
As someone who is still a student myself, I highly understand the realities that students face, hence why I take my time to truly go through subject matter properly, especially when holding lessons on a one-to-one level, so feel free to contact me should one need to arrange a lesson, I will be more than happy to help
