About Thashen

I am a qualified Chemical Engineer with a strong academic background in Mathematics and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring learners. I have experience working with high school students and understand the challenges they face when preparing for exams. I am patient, disciplined, and results-oriented, with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and practical way. My goal is to build learners’ confidence, strengthen their problem-solving skills, and help them achieve consistent academic improvement.

About the lesson

I offer structured and results-driven Mathematics lessons for Grades 8–12, tailored to each learner’s pace and understanding level. My sessions focus on building strong foundational concepts, improving problem-solving skills, and boosting exam confidence. Lessons include worked examples, practice questions, past paper revision, and clear step-by-step explanations. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing true mathematical understanding, not just memorising methods. Flexible scheduling is available for one-on-one or small group sessions online
