About Andrew
My passion for teaching is second to none. In all of my 8 years, and counting, in teaching I have never had an unscheduled absence, and have yet to use a sick day. Every day I get to spend in the classroom is a day that I anticipate with enthusiasm. I am typically the 1st teacher in my hallway each morning because I arrive significantly earlier than required, because it's important to me. I look forward to bringing this same commitment to any client that takes me on.

I am a classroom English teacher who enjoys their work and conducts his classroom in an organized manner.
My day starts with the teaching standards posted and referenced so that students know what the focus is. Student objectives are posted in plain English so that students know what is expected of them each class day. I teach my lessons in a deliberate manner, making certain that students know which tools are needed to do the lesson. I regularly check with students to determine if they require help and if they do I provide it by reteaching where necessary. My lesson plans are designed to disseminate material in the most effective manner for students to learn. Much time and consideration is given to plan lessons so that students can be successful taking state exams and also in using English effective communicators post graduation.
