Hello! I’m Ashish Kumar, a professional chef who has been fortunate to win the prestigious Aahar Competition. My journey with food began at home, but I later honed my skills by learning under experienced professional cooks. I believe that traditional recipes carry the true essence of culture and history, and I’m passionate about keeping those timeless flavors alive. My goal is to make cooking easy, enjoyable, and deeply connected to its roots. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to refine your skills, or aspiring to turn your passion into a career, I’m here to guide you step by step. Beyond recipes, I’ll also help you understand how to set up and successfully run your own cloud kitchen or food outlet.
