Everyone is unique, so there are no one-size-fits-all approaches. My work focused on discovering the individual learning style of each student.It accelerates the ability of the student to absorb new information. By figuring out a student’s learning style, it's possible help assimilate new knowledge. This goes way beyond merely coming up with the right answers to test questions. It's important to listen, ask questions and connect with the students. I also use practice exams to assess. I positively encourage my students through positive and critical thinking techniques.
