My teaching start with prayer hall body warmer Surya Namaskar Aasman Pranayam and Yog nidra.
This follow is for fitness session the class flow will change depending on attendees age group and also health issues. aur corporate session we teach as per the nature of work of the employee do like for it people we teach as per the nature of work of the employee do like for it peoplewe teach as per the nature of work of the employee do like for it peoples we will concentrate on a spine neck and body posture correction.
