About Frances
I have been a certified classroom teacher for seven years, I have been a tutor for that amount of time, back home In Jamaica, I would teach students at school on a Saturday, giving them private lessons for their understanding in a subject area.
I have taught numerous students, each person wanting to achieve a different goal.
My passion is to simply see people reach an acquired goal, it gives me a sense of purpose on earth.

I am a Jamaica International Teacher; I have a strong passion for children progressing and becoming great nation builders.
I do my lessons in many ways, I make sure that all needs are met for the visual , tactile and different variety of learners. In my approach, I start off in brief introductions which allow students to use their previous knowledge so that they feel comfortable to start from the basis of knowledge they may have on a particular subject and topic.
I want each child to learn without fear or intimidation; that is my mantra. My goal for great results. Students should feel at ease and comfortable in giving an answer whether right or wrong.
I have taught many kinds of learners, children are my main focus, but I have taught adults, adults who are just learning to understand the English Language. I enjoy what I do.
