I have deep roots in Indian culture and a profound love for the art of cooking. Growing up surrounded by the aromas of my mother's and grandmother's kitchens, I inherited a rich tapestry of recipes that I'm eager to share with you. My culinary journey extends beyond tradition, as I infuse these time-honoured recipes with a touch of innovation. About the lesson

The lesson will start with a brief introduction to the common ingredients used in cooking. Students will have the exciting opportunity to choose between learning a dish from Kerala cuisine or North Indian cuisine. The focus of the class will be on a step-by-step process, including the nutritional value of the dish, to impart a balanced diet. The lesson plan aims to not only teach the art of cooking but also provide a holistic understanding of the cultural and nutritional aspects of Indian cuisine.
