About Aiden

Hi there, My name is Aiden and I have practised the art of kickboxing for over a decade. Achieving 1st Dan black belt by 18 years old. During that period I gained medals and trophies competing mostly in sparring. I also learnt the skills to use nunchucks, escrima sticks, tonfas and also learnt knife defence. Train with me, Aiden. Chief instructor currently teaching 6 classes a week ages 4+. With well over 75 students I have the skills necessary to help you achieve your goals. I am very passionate about helping others reach fitness goals, self-defence goals and also confidence gains. Join now to achieve black belt status, you got this.

About the lesson

Private lessons can take anywhere between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half based on your goals. If you’re keen on learning the basics and advanced fundamentals of kickboxing 1 hour will do just fine. However, if you're interested in the fitness aspect of kickboxing as well then 1 hour and a half will be the perfect match. As well as learning the knowledge gathered from over a decade of kickboxing practice. In these sessions we will perfect all technique whilst ensuring momentum is used effectively and efficiently.
