About Miranda

As a licensed teacher with classroom experience, I am committed to helping every student reach their full potential. I understand that learning looks different for every child, so I take the time to build strong relationships, identify individual needs, and create lessons that are both engaging and effective.

About the lesson

As a licensed teacher, I believe every student can succeed with the right support, encouragement, and individualized instruction. I create a positive, patient learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing in confidence.
My lessons begin with a brief assessment to identify each student's strengths and areas for improvement. From there, I develop personalized lessons tailored to the student's learning style, academic goals, and pace. During each session, I explain new concepts using clear, age-appropriate examples, provide guided practice, and finish with independent activities to reinforce learning. I also monitor progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed to ensure continued growth.
I specialize in helping students strengthen foundational skills in reading, literacy skills, and elementary math. Whether a student needs homework help, test preparation, reading fluency support, or enrichment, I use engaging, research-based strategies that make learning both effective and enjoyable.
