About Paula
With over 5 years of tutoring experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, I am passionate about helping students master mathematical thinking. I focus on improving their communication and exposition skills, explaining difficult ideas clearly. I work with students to create coherent mathematical arguments and present solutions with clarity. My experience includes assisting with university-level essays, research papers, and presentations. I make lessons interactive, encouraging students to ask questions and explore solutions. I adapt my teaching to each individual, helping them understand deeply. My aim is to build clarity, skill, and confidence in math. Together, we turn mathematics into an understandable and enjoyable subject.

I teach mathematics with a focus on clarity and real-world application. My style is relaxed but structured, linking concepts in trigonometry, geometry, coding logic, algorithms, and discrete mathematics. I use simple analogies from programming to simplify difficult ideas. Lessons involve problem-solving, discussions, and examples to deepen understanding. I work closely with students to help them think clearly and communicate effectively about computational topics. My teaching adapts to individual needs and goals, creating a positive learning experience. I encourage curiosity and logical thinking in every session. Together, we build both skills and confidence in mathematics.
