About Jay
As a Master’s Graduate in International Management with over 5 years of experience in communications and public speaking, I bring a professional, results-oriented approach to teaching English. My role as a Communications Officer has allowed me to sharpen my language skills in both business and everyday settings, and I now apply that expertise to help my students succeed.

My Approach to Tutoring:
I believe in a personalized, student-centered approach to teaching English. My methodology is focused on interactive learning, where I tailor lessons to each student’s specific needs, whether for business communication, academic writing, or everyday conversation. I emphasize real-world applications, ensuring students can confidently use English in professional and social settings.
Teaching Techniques and Methodology: I use a combination of conversational practice, writing exercises, and role-playing scenarios to enhance fluency and understanding. For Business English, I focus on industry-specific terminology, formal communication, and public speaking. For kids, I incorporate fun, engaging activities like storytelling and games to keep them interested while building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary.
Typical Lesson Length: A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, allowing time for both instruction and interactive practice. However, lesson lengths can be adjusted based on individual student needs.
Qualifications/Experience: With over 5 years of experience, a Master’s degree, and expertise in communication and public speaking, I’ve successfully taught students from different age groups and backgrounds. My experience includes training professionals in business English, helping students prepare for exams, and tutoring younger children in foundational English.
